Aminatou Haidar ha iniziato lo sciopero della fame

HAminetou HAidar č in sciopero della fame da 19 ore davanti l'aeroporto
di LAnzarote. Espulsa dal MArocco perche si rifiutata di dichiararsi
cittadina marocchina. Con al complicitā della Spagna č stata rimandata
da Al Ayun a LAnzarote ed č stata privata del passaporto.
Vuole tornare nella sua cittā e questo non le č permesso.
SI chiede l'intervento di mass media, radio, giornali. HA un numero di
cellulare dove si puo chiamare per intervista.
Le sue condizioni di salute sono precarie. Si era recata all'estero per
ricevere un premio per la sua attivita di difensore dei diritti umani e
per difendere il diritto all'autodeterminazione e per curarsi dalle
conseguenze di una lunga detenzione e torture subite per 16 anni.
E' una desaparecida che č tornata al mondo. Molti di noi la conoscono,
l'hanno conosciuta. Altri sahrawi sono detenuti nelle carceri accusati
di attentato all'integrita del MArocco.
Le NAzioni Unite finanziano da piu di 25 anni una missione per
realizzare un referendum di autodoterminazione di un territorio la cui
popolazione deve ancora decidere se essere parte integrante del MArocco
oppure indipendente.
Attentato a quale integrita, dunque?

National, the Independent all big medias, Radio, TV or newspaper are
good to
have to cover the story of Aminatou Haidar's hunger strike in
Lanzarote,
especialy medias that can have reporters in Spain who can go to the
airport
of Lanzarote,. She has openly accused morocco and Spain of complicity
in
detaining and deporting her from Western Sahara to Spain against her
will.
She has been ill-treated by Spanish policein the airport, and is in
hunger
strike for more than 19 hours so far.
I have to tell you that *I am seriously anxious about the life of
Aminatou
Haidar*. Doctors have just found that she has an ulcer in her stomack,
she
is very weak because she has been alert since Friday, went through a
24
hours interrogation and struggle against the Moroccan police, then
since
Saturday she has been struggling in the airport, ill-treated twice by
Spanish police (Saturday night and Sunday night). Saharawi
representative in
Canaria, Mohamed Salem Daha, told us that she is really weak, and that
because of the hunger strike he fears for her life!!
It is urgent, it is not an issue that can wait, please try your best to
make
people understand that. Any coverage from the ground, having her
picture and
having her on camera is required, we never know what can happen in the
few
coming days.
